Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist in Georgia to deliver comprehensive eye and vision care. You will examine, diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases while fostering excellent doctor-patient relationships and using advanced optometric technology.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the store team and Field Leadership to maintain quality care, grow the practice, and enhance the patient experience. Licensed ODs with DPA/TPA credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certification are preferred or required as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Perform examinations, diagnose, treat and manage ocular conditions per clinical protocols.
• Utilize current optometric technology to deliver accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership to support brand goals and patient experience.
• Maintain office quality systems and strive to exceed KPIs.
