Job summary

Target Optical in Georgia is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to deliver high quality eye and vision care, diagnose and manage visual health, and lead patient-centric service in a team-focused environment.

You will collaborate with store leadership to maintain outstanding patient experiences, adhere to clinical protocols, and contribute to the growth of the practice while upholding EssilorLuxottica standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills—verbal & listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services per clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize and effectively leverage technology to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Target Optical Field Leadership to support growth.
• Ensure office quality systems are maintained.
• Maximize relationships through leadership and engagement.
• Provide training and guidance to team members using company programs.
• Strive to exceed KPI expectations and performance targets.
• Help ensure the brand is known as leading optical provider in the community.
