LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist in Georgia to lead clinical care, deliver the brand promise, and collaborate with store leadership to maximize patient outcomes.

The role focuses on medical optometry, referrals, and pre/post-op support where applicable, with emphasis on patient satisfaction and high-quality eye care. Experience and licensure are essential for success in a fast-paced retail-optometry setting.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with MOD and store team to deliver results.
• Manage KPIs with high accountability and executional excellence.
• Position LensCrafters as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op coordination (if applicable).
• Deliver outstanding patient service and ensure staff follow the Service Process steps.
• Train and guide team using Company-provided programs and feedback.
