LensCrafters is hiring an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical protocols and deliver high-quality Optometric care in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes patient-centered service and collaboration with store leadership to grow practice metrics.

The candidate will support medical practice, referral care, and post-operative support where applicable, while maintaining licensure and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with a commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

• Ensure executional excellence and winning results in partnership with MOD and store team.
• Demonstrate commitment to exceeding results through KPI management and accountability.
• Establish LensCrafters as a medical eyecare provider in the community.
