LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist who delivers high-quality eye care and patient service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will lead clinical protocols, collaborate with the MOD and store team, and help drive growth through strong partnerships with leadership while maintaining licensure and Continuing Education requirements.

You will ensure accurate diagnoses, provide patient education, and leverage technology to enhance the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure required.
• Strong commitment to high-quality patient care and service.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the brand promise and high-quality optometric care to patients.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM and store team to achieve KPIs and growth.
• Lead and train team members to ensure excellent patient service and adherence to protocols.
