Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to delivering quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem-solving ability and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care following clinical protocols.
• Lead the store in partnership with the MOD and sales team to drive results.
• Manage KPIs with accountability and provide excellent patient service.
• Maintain state licensure and continuing education requirements.
