Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead care delivery, perform comprehensive eye exams and ensure the highest quality optometric services in partnership with the MOD, SMM & store team. You will deliver patient-centered care, drive KPI performance, maintain state licensure, and use advanced technology to enhance vision care.

You’ll train and coach staff, foster a positive culture, and represent the brand inside and outside the organization while ensuring exceptional patient

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Optometry and maintain licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and ensure KPI results in partnership with the MOD & store team.
• Deliver high-quality optometric care per clinical protocols.
• Establish strong doctor–patient relationships and patient service standards.
• Utilize available tools and technology to enhance patient understanding and outcomes.
• Maintain office systems and state licensure; support continuing education.
