Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in optics and network technology.
• Direct experience with CPO hardware, ecosystem, supply chain, SiPh, and laser tech.
• Experience with high-speed systems and system modeling.
• Knowledge of PAM4 and Coherent modulation formats.

Responsibilities

• Owns Lumentum co-packaged optics strategy.
• Drives adoption of differentiated CPO technology with customers and stakeholders.
• Defines and drives CPO strategic program and hardware development.
• Maps network architectures across Long haul, DCI, front end, back end and compute fabric.
• Aligns roadmaps between network architecture and product development.
• Engages with executive teams to evaluate emerging technologies and startups.
