Qualifications

• State licensure and ABO certification required where applicable.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of optical theory and current store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales through the selling model.
• Engage patients using technology to enhance their experience.
• Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service in-store.
• Assist with measurements, eyewear adjustments, and fitting eyewear accurately.
• Operate the POS terminal accurately and handle payments per procedures.
• Educate customers on guarantees, services and eyewear care.
• Maintain store standards and visual displays per planograms.
