Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to oversee daily store operations and supervise Opticians and CL Sales associates. The role emphasizes delivering a positive customer experience from start to finish and maintaining a high standard of store performance.

You will focus on staffing, merchandising, and achieving sales goals while ensuring licensing and policy compliance.

Qualifications

Maintain Optical license as required by the state.
Optical sales experience. Supervising experience is preferred.
Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
Strong understanding of store operations and standards for success.
Excellent communication skills for effective management of teams.
ABO and NCLE Certified

Responsibilities

Drives, monitors, and achieves profit, sales and performance goals according to National Vision standards.
Oversees the eyeglass department to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies.
Conveys commitment to outstanding customer service and ensures the same from associates.
Ensures quality standards and effective merchandising and pricing promotions.
Supervises Opticians and CL Sales associates and ensures daily functions are completed.
Assists General Manager with staffing forecasts and recruiting high-caliber staff.
