Qualifications

• Optical sales experience is required, with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build strong associate relationships.
• Sound understanding of store operations and success standards.
• Strong communication skills for effective team management.
• Exceptional customer service skills in a retail setting.
• Ability to forecast staffing and analyze performance data.
• Experience analyzing financial reports and store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Promote outstanding customer service and coach staff to do the same.
• Review quality standards, remakes and enforce guidelines.
• Communicate store performance with GM, DM and Corporate.
• Manage promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising awareness.
