Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist patients in selecting eyeglasses, lenses, and coatings.
- Ensure prescription accuracy for grinding and fitting lenses.
- Dispense glasses and educate patients on care.
- Open and close the store as needed with the team.
- Provide exceptional service and know current promotions and policies.
- Process payments and refunds using the POS system.
- Perform administrative tasks including insurance processing and filing.
