Job summary

Magnera Corporation in Augusta, KY is seeking a dedicated manufacturing line operator to support daily production and ensure quality on the extrusion/lamination line.

You will train operators, monitor output, and uphold safety policies while contributing to on-time shipments and continuous improvement at the Augusta facility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year manufacturing experience.
• Leadership ability and understanding of extrusion/lamination/conversion.
• Strong computer aptitude and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work activities on the line to meet productivity and production goals.
• Train operators according to the work instructions and training plan.
• Ensure product and packaging quality of all materials packaged for shipment.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed by line personnel.
• Evaluate new operators following the OJTs.
