Job summary

Magnera Corporation is seeking personnel at the Augusta, KY facility to perform laboratory testing, interpret results, and ensure product and packaging quality for shipment. The role requires applying statistical process control, adjusting manufacturing parameters, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of manufacturing experience, understanding of extrusion/lamination/conversion basics, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of extrusion, lamination, and/or conversion basics.
• Strong computer aptitude.
• Current Berry Global forklift operator’s license may be required.
• Complete OJT’s for Lines 30/32 within 1 year and be able to run both lines. Recertification required annually.
