Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Lead Operator in Hebron, KY for the Parts Area to assemble filter bags and components. You will sew, assemble, and finalize products for packing, leading with attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities include coordinating multiple orders, mentoring teammates, and using basic MS Office tools. This is a contract-to-hire, fully onsite role with safety and manufacturing discipline at its core.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and mentor team members.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools including MS Office.
• Read and interpret production documents, work instructions and specs.
• Experience with sewing and industrial textile operations.

Responsibilities

• Make and assemble components for filter bags.
• Sew and assemble parts onto the tubed filter.
• Complete assembly before packing.
• Maintain attention to detail and seek clarification when needed.
• Handle multiple orders with varying requirements.
