Job summary

Aerotek in Louisville, KY is looking for a contract production assembler to manufacture high‑quality air filters in a cleanroom, following production specifications and strict quality standards. The role involves assembling components with hand and power tools, operating basic equipment, and performing packaging and final inspections.

You will document production activities, maintain a safe, orderly workstation, and be available for overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly or production environments.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and follow strict cleanliness procedures.
• Proficiency with hand tools and safe handling practices.
• Basic experience using power tools in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Capable of performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
• Strong focus on safety and SOP adherence.
• First shift 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday–Thursday with overtime on some Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture air filters in a cleanroom following production specifications and quality standards.
• Assemble components using hand and power tools per work instructions.
• Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Package finished air filters to protect product integrity.
• Inspect parts and finished products for defects and cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following cleanroom protocols.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper tool handling.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately and on time.
• Support overtime production needs on some Fridays as required.
