Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an Operator A/Lead to manage and optimize the operation of compressors, LNG facilities, gas processing equipment, and related systems at our Logansport facility. The role involves monitoring process conditions, controlling equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 0–4+ years of relevant experience depending on level.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 0–2 years for Level C, 2–4 years for Level B, 4+ years for Lead/Level A.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license in state of residency.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain plant equipment and systems.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures, flows, and levels to meet targets.
• Respond to alarms and take corrective actions.
• Oversee third-party construction/maintenance activities.
• Pass PSM operator certifications where applicable.
• Participate in safety programs and communicate with control centers.
