Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a plant operations professional to operate and maintain compressors, LNG facilities, and processing units at its Logansport/Keathcie sites. You will monitor key process variables, respond to alarms, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment. Local travel and teamwork are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license in the state of residence.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment with shift rotations.
• Must live within 45 miles of the Logansport or Keathcie plants.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain plant equipment including compressors, LNG facilities, and processing units.
• Respond to alarms and take corrective measures to optimize processing.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures, and flow rates to achieve desired results.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards (PSM-SPCC-TNRCC).
• Oversee third-party construction and maintenance work as required.
• May perform lab tests and diagnose/mechanically repair issues.
• Communicate with control centers and other operating groups as needed.
• Perform energy isolation lockout/tagout procedures (LOTO).
