Job summary

The Lilly Medicine Foundry is seeking a Manufacturing Lead Operator in Lebanon, IN. The role supports startup activities to bring manufacturing equipment online and trains team members on facility operations.

International travel may be required to collaborate with APIs sites. As a Lead Operator, you will oversee on-the-floor production, ensure safety and quality, lead shift activities, and coordinate with area management to meet production plans.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years of directly applicable manufacturing experience with GMP.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support start-up activities to bring manufacturing equipment into service.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership to meet production plans.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Lead by example in safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with area management to understandFoundry strategy and future production needs.
• Escalate issues and provide technical leadership for process upsets.
