Job summary

Freudenberg Medical LLC in Jeffersonville, Indiana, is seeking an experienced production supervisor to oversee daily operations in assigned lines, ensuring team efficiency, safety, and strict adherence to standards. You will operate advanced machines, assist in assembly, and inspect outputs to meet quality targets.

As a safety leader, you’ll drive 5S, scrap reduction, and cross-training across multiple lines, while mentoring staff and maintaining accurate production logs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 6+ years of production or assembly experience preferred.
• White Belt certification or higher required.
• Expert knowledge of equipment, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Cross-trained to most lines or processes on site.
• Proficient in basic math and measurement tools.
• Able to communicate issues to Process or Maintenance staff.
• Complete production logs and quality control forms accurately.

• Ability to identify process/equipment issues impacting uptime and output and effectively communicate issues to Process or Maintenance personnel.
• Cross-trained to most lines or processes at the site.
• Proficient in using basic math and measurement tools.
• Completes production logs, quality control checklists, incident reports and other applicable production forms or documents.
• Monitor workflow and ensure that quality and production standards are met.
