Job summary

Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) invites students to join our quality/engineering team in North Carolina, contributing to data collection, analysis, and improvement actions. The role supports investigations of customer complaints and production quality issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will gain hands-on experience in root-cause analysis, CAPA activities, and trend identification in scrap and defects, with mentorship and exposure to manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Comfortable in an office and manufacturing environment
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
