Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks a senior Program Manager to oversee Commercial Card modification projects, ensuring configuration, training, and adoption of new solutions. You will lead meetings with clients, sales teams, vendor reps, and back-office partners to align priorities and expectations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Oversee assigned Commercial Card modification packages.
  • Ensure configuration, training, and adoption of new solutions.
  • Lead meetings with sales team members, clients, vendor representatives, and other partners.
  • Understand and articulate client priorities, objectives, and expectations.
  • Create materials to scope and plan modification projects.
  • Maintain transparency and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive on-time fulfillment of SLA commitments.
  • Promote stakeholder accountability and mitigate project issues and risks.
  • Adapt to project changes.
  • Develop expertise in accounts payable payment products and align solution capabilities with client needs.
  • Maintain and retain project plans, work completion records, and system records in accordance with business resiliency policies.
  • Adhere to Risk policies and procedures.
  • Manage multiple Commercial Card modification projects across various stages.
  • Work closely with clients, FinTech partners, sales, and back-office support teams.
  • Limited travel

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project preferred
