Job Summary:

EMCOR Services New England Mechanical is seeking an experienced Lead Operations/Maintenance Technician for a large client in Marlborough, MA. The role involves coordinating and supporting onsite service technicians, organizing service calls and preventative maintenance safely and timely, and managing equipment such as HVAC systems, pumps, fans, sterilizers, boilers, chillers, and refrigeration equipment.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HVAC technician (5+ years preferred), capable of operating independently, thinking proactively, and owning client needs. Strong communication skills are essential. BMS or automation experience is a plus. We provide a company vehicle, HVAC equipment, gas card, cell phone, iPad, uniforms, and PPE. Overtime is available.
