Job summary

Venatôre LLC is seeking an Operations DevOps Team Lead to guide a high‑performing DevOps and Operations team. The role focuses on security, resilience, and mission support for critical systems hosted in OpenShift, with onsite work at a SCIF for a TS/SCI cleared candidate.

You will coordinate priorities, engage with government customers, and drive deployment automation and IaC. Strong leadership and hands‑on ops experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor an Operations/DevOps team across multi‑environment system sustainment and user support.
• Collaborate with users and government customers to understand requirements and communicate system status.
• Perform system administration, troubleshooting, testing, and security operations.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation (SOPs, SLAs, system guides).
• Receive code from development teams and implement system builds, hardening, and deployment automation.
• Enhance CI/CD workflows and security scans; develop Helm charts for OpenShift deployments.
• Support Infrastructure as Code practices and automation for configuration management.
