STV is seeking an OpenRoads Designer (ORD) Specialist for our Water Group to provide leadership, technical guidance, and mentorship in Water-Wastewater design for our offices across the nation. The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and skills to facilitate smooth design, coordination, and construction workflows while optimizing project quality and productivity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AEC with emphasis on ORD utility relocation design.
• Ability to coordinate CAD deliverables with standards and protocols.
• Experience leading and mentoring design teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of 3D ORD utility models.
• Collaborate to implement BIM standards and procedures.
• Interface with clients and engineers to define CAD deliverables.
• Create model-driven plan and profile sheets for designs.
• Mentor junior designers and EITs in ORD workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex ORD modeling and sheet production issues.
