Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements, high level design, development and support.
• Experience leading teams and performing code reviews.
• Proficiency with Java/J2EE stack and Spring Boot; familiar with CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Optimize performance and consistency across apply platform experiences.
• Develop reusable workflows and components for multiple products and partners.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for system implementation.
• Lead code reviews using manual and AI-assisted techniques.
• Promote secure coding, robust CI/CD, and architectural excellence.
• Monitor production and manage post-release maintenance with Kibana.
• Lead observability, resilience patterns, and incident response.
