Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions in the United States. You will apply industry and technical expertise to implement OneStream Financial Close, Budgeting & Forecasting, and BI solutions for diverse clients nationwide.

In this role you will lead client workshops, design comprehensive OneStream infrastructure, mentor junior staff, and ensure performance, security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, MIS or related field.
• 5+ years of technical architecture experience; 3+ years with OneStream.
• Deep knowledge of financial close, consolidation, currencies and intercompany eliminations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the discovery, design, build, test and deployment of OneStream solutions.
• Run client workshops to gather requirements and create design documentation.
• Design infrastructure for OneStream including scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proofs of concept as needed.
• Guide architecture reviews and cross-division solution alignment.
• Oversee OneStream testing (unit/integration/regression/UAT).
• Collaborate with clients to build a roadmap and communicate initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial close and planning processes with OneStream.
• Contribute to the OneStream COE governance framework and standards.
