Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join Baker Tilly Digital Solutions. You will lead OneStream implementations, drive architecture decisions, and deliver financial planning, close, and BI solutions for diverse clients across the country.

The role requires deep OneStream expertise, .NET/SQL proficiency, and a track record of client engagement and team leadership in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS) highly preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of technical architecture experience, with minimum of three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.
• Robust knowledge of financial close and consolidation process incl. reconciliations, currency translations, intercompany eliminations, top-side entries and financial statements.
• Deep understanding of .NET and SQL development and how to develop within OneStream engines.
• OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) - Lead Architect certification.

Responsibilities

• Utilize application expertise, business knowledge, and technical skills to lead discovery, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment of OneStream solutions.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and build client design documentation for OneStream applications and solutions.
• Design a comprehensive infrastructure framework within the OneStream financial application for scalability, performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and demonstrate OneStream proofs of concepts as required for new approaches to optimize performance.
• Guide the development and deployment of technical solutions and facilitate OneStream solution and architecture reviews.
• Oversee OneStream solution quality and testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT).
• Work with clients to develop a roadmap for the overall solution vision and communicate initiatives across the project team.
• Identify new areas within the client's financial close and planning processes where OneStream can drive results.
• Support the Finance OneStream COE governance framework, defining standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with clients to design and develop BI, analytics, and reporting solutions.
