Job summary

The US Oncology Network in Minnesota is seeking a Clinical Research Nurse Supervisor to oversee the clinical research staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements within a busy oncology practice.

You will coach staff, coordinate studies with SRL and management, and contribute to budgets and performance metrics while maintaining patient safety and study integrity.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a clinical or scientific related discipline required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in oncology
• Supervisory experience preferred, experience in clinical research preferred
• Current licensure as a registered nurse if required in state of practice
• Current BCLS or ACLS certification for nurses
• SoCRA or ARCP certification preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to multitask
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical research staff in accordance with USOR SOP and ICH GCP guidelines
• Ensures administrative coordination of research activities with affected departments
• Coaches and develops staff and participates in recruitment, hiring, and performance management
• Collaborates in establishing research accountability standards and reports
• Works with SRL and upper management on study selection, budgets, and accrual targets
• May promote or market the research program to the practice and referring physicians
• May coordinate activities with other bases or sponsors
