Job summary

The US Oncology Network in Minnesota is seeking a senior administrative research coordinator to supervise the administrative research staff within the practice, ensuring coordination with affected departments and compliance with GCP and SOPs.

You will coach staff, participate in recruitment and performance evaluation, support research budgets, and help promote the research program to clinicians and the community. A clinical research background is required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a clinical or scientific field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research coordination experience, preferably in a community setting.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative research staff in line with USON SOP and ICH GCP.
• Coordinates research activities with affected departments.
• Coaches and develops staff; handles recruitment and performance reviews.
• Ensures research quality and adherence to regulations.
• Assists in developing budgets and accrual targets.
• May promote the research program to the practice and community.
