Job summary

Minnesota Oncology seeks an experienced Administrative Research Supervisor to lead the clinical research support team and ensure compliance with USON SOP, ICH GCP, and applicable regulations. You will coach staff, oversee recruitment and performance management, and coordinate coverage to maintain services while collaborating with physicians and leadership on budgets and metrics.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a clinical or scientific discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years clinical research coordination experience, preferably in a community setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• SoCRA or ARCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative research staff in accordance with USON SOP and ICH GCP guidelines.
• Coaches and develops staff; participates in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, assessing performance, and progressive discipline.
• Coordinates coverage to ensure continuation of services.
• Collaborates in development of research accountability standards and improvement plans.
• Collaborates with physicians and research management on study selection and budgeting.
• May promote or market the research program to the practice and community.
