Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a System Specialist to lead high-profile service orders and on-site installations, startups, and testing for Precision Cooling products. You will maintain strong customer rapport and coordinate with CRC, district offices, and the direct manager to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and strong technical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant industry experience and leadership experience.
• EPA 608 refrigerant license - Level 2 or Universal.
• High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC diploma/technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform start-up, commissioning and testing on assigned projects.
• Provide on-site and phone technical support to customers and contractors.
• Coordinate with sales and district managers on quotes for additional services.
