Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a System Specialist to lead high-profile orders and deliver end-to-end service support, including installations, startups, commissioning and testing. You will maintain strong customer rapport and coordinate with CRC, offices and management to ensure timely execution.

The role requires extensive experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work with sales reps and district managers. Travel is expected as part of project delivery and field service operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant industry experience and leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC diploma/technical degree preferred.
• EPA 608 license – Level 2 or Universal.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient with electrical/electronic test equipment and reading schematics.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site start-up and commissioning activities for projects.
• Provide first-line technical support to speed resolution.
• Ensure site manpower and safety compliance.
• Prepare daily status reports to management and sales.
• Provide estimates for additional services when needed.
