Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a System Specialist who will lead high-profile orders and provide service support, including installations, startups, commissioning and testing of precision cooling products. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years relevant industry and leadership experience.
• Six years military experience in a related field plus 5 years Liebert product experience.
• Proven leadership and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan and accomplish work with extensive experience and judgment.
• Support start-up and commissioning activities for assigned projects.
• Provide first level technical support to speed up resolution.
• Provide daily status reports to Service management and sales reps.
• Coordinate on-site start-up and testing with customers and contractors.
