Job summary

MMG is seeking a Superintendent to join our National Multifamily Development/General Contracting team in Charlotte, NC. This role reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive and focuses on keeping projects on schedule and within safety standards.

You will interact with subcontractors, coordinate with the Project Manager on contract administration, and guide the project team to successful, on-time completion with a strong emphasis on quality and communication.

Qualifications

• Multifamily construction experience is required.
• Podium & Wrap experience is highly preferred.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with subcontractors.
• Partner with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management.
• Provide direction to the project team to complete the projects safe and on time.
