CORE is seeking a Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction on large-scale commercial projects in the Fort Lauderdale area. The on-site role spans startup to punch-out, including site logistics, schedule management, safety coaching, and quality oversight.

You will lead a team, coordinate with design teams and owners, review drawings and submittals, and drive lean building practices. Travel throughout South Florida and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years construction experience.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Complete and detailed experience with subcontractor sequencing and RFI’s / submittals.
• Willing to travel to projects throughout South Florida and possess OSHA 30.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all on-site construction activities from start-up to punch-out.
• Maintain the project schedule and establish the critical path for subs and vendors.
• Coach subcontractors on safe construction practices.
• Facilitate subcontractor coordination and Lean building practices.
• Quality control and ensure subcontractor deficiencies are addressed.
• Work with design team and owner to overcome challenges and unforeseen conditions.
• Review drawings, specifications and submittals.
• Daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates.
• Own the Closeout process and punch list.
• Provide overall team leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
