Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent - Mission Critical. You will direct on-site workflow, lead the project team, uphold safety/quality standards, and coordinate with the project manager and subs to protect the schedule and outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial GC experience, a four-year degree preferred, OSHA 30, and proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of commercial construction experience with a GC.
• Four-year degree preferred in construction, engineering, or business.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; ability to supervise and coordinate site teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety per HITT safety program and investigate incidents.
• Maintain quality standards across all project aspects.
• Lead on-site safety and manage a safe jobsite.
• Maintain daily log and manage punch list through owner/architect.
• Support schedule development and ensure installation methods follow plan.
• Foster relationships with subs and manage fairness.
• Ensure accurate daily work orders and identify issues early.
• Organize site team and arrange temporary facilities/utilities.
• Collaborate with PM and site ops team throughout project.
