Job summary

Disney Stores USA, LLC seeks a Key Holder Cast Member to support the Store Leadership Team in daily operations, ensuring guests have The Best Retail Experience in the World. This full-time, non-exempt role emphasizes guest engagement and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities include coaching Cast Members, maintaining visual standards, and adhering to policies. Must have open availability and be able to work varied shifts, including overnights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have open availability.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends and call-in shifts.
• Must be able to submit verification of legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead on Duty to coach and motivate Cast Members while upholding a culture that builds exceptional Guest Experiences.
• Support Disney Store Mission through inspiring communication, integrity and passion for the Brand.
• Uphold policies and ensure store is open/closed in compliance with company policy.
• Drive productivity and morale through coaching and feedback.
• Communicate effectively with all levels, under pressure.
