Job summary

Disney Stores USA, LLC is hiring a part-time Key Holder Cast Member to support the Store Leadership Team and ensure guests have the best retail experience. The role focuses on guest engagement, coaching Cast Members, and maintaining brand standards.

The position requires high school diploma, ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and lifting up to 45 lbs. Prior specialty retail experience is a plus. This is a non-exempt role in the Disney Store network.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead on duty to coach and motivate cast members while upholding a culture of exceptional guest experiences.
• Support store mission and brand through communication, integrity and passion.
• Maintain store visual standards and comply with policies and procedures.
• Drive productivity, morale and consistent coaching for the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate strategy into priorities and action plans.
• Monitor key metrics like Mystery Shop scores, sales equations and controllable expenses.
