Job summary

Jobtailor is hiring for an Offshore Shift Supervisor to command offshore wind turbine service at the Empire Wind project. You will lead SOV crew and field technicians on V236 turbines, making critical safety and operational decisions on site.

You will ensure health and safety compliance, review procedures, and coordinate with customers to deliver safe offshore operations while optimizing resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic fields with a focus on wind turbine service.
• Credentialed as an A-Level Technician or on-track to AT-LT status within 6 months.
• Strong safety knowledge and ability to apply risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore technicians during turbine service and maintenance activities.
• Review procedures, risk assessments, and work documentation prior to execution.
• Coordinate with customer, crew, site leadership and field technicians during shifts.
• Monitor weather impacts and adjust transfer plans and tasks accordingly.
• Ensure safe, compliant and reliable offshore operations and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate daily transfer plans and align with vessel operations.
