Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an AT Team Lead to oversee offshore wind operations, bridging strategic planning with hands‑on execution. You will lead technician teams, drive Lean improvements, and coordinate tasks from tool prep to KPI reporting at offshore sites.

Strong leadership and problem solving are essential. The role requires 5+ years as a Wind Technician, 3+ years in troubleshooting, and proven cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Wind Technician.
• Minimum 3 years of troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and power tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading field teams and coordinating cross‑functional, remote teams.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office; good project management, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead with GE Leadership Behaviors and manage Technician Leads and Technicians.
• Champion Lean principles to improve efficiency, issue resolution, and quality.
• Oversee task execution from parts/tools to KPI reporting and turbine status.
• Serve as site lead for day‑to‑day operations and logistics.
• Support recruitment and technician development to raise competency levels.
• Perform and oversee maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts on the WTG; troubleshoot complex SW, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Lead diagnostic electrical analysis and document work using service reporting procedures.
• Advise on resource management and team training per site programs.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding of technicians and equipment to meet customer needs.
• Uphold safety standards and Emergency Response Plans; monitor weather and site conditions for safe maintenance.
• Travel predominantly offshore or to Martha’s Vineyard locations; international travel during training/Kaizen events.
