Job summary

Deriva Energy seeks a dynamic Supervisor, Mobile Service Operations to lead traveling Wind Technicians across multiple wind sites, ensuring safe and high-quality maintenance and project execution.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on turbine and BOP experience, and frequent travel to fleet facilities. Onsite work location can be Canby, MN or Tye, TX, with relocation possible for non-locals.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years or more of wind industry experience.
• Three (3) years or more of technical experience as a Wind Technician.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or proven ability to lead field teams.
• Must pass required JPMs for external candidates.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of traveling Wind Technicians across multiple wind sites.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with Deriva Energy policies and industry practices.
• Provide workforce planning, scheduling, and coordination to support fleet priorities.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of wind turbine equipment and BOP systems.
• Manage timesheets, travel coordination, performance evaluations, and safety documentation.
