The successful candidate will demonstrate proven OIM experience, strong leadership, excellent English communication, and a track record in pipe-laying or related offshore projects.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as OIM or senior offshore management role.
• Background from pipe-laying, construction, or similar offshore vessels.
• Strong knowledge of offshore marine operations and HSE standards.

Responsabilidades

• Overall command of the vessel and offshore operations.
• Ensure safe pipe-laying and marine operations at all times.
• Lead and manage the offshore crew and supervisors.
• Plan and coordinate daily work with marine, deck and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and international regulations.
• Monitor operational performance and report to shore management.
• Oversee emergency response drills and safety culture on board.
