Allseas seeks a Senior Pipeline Installation Engineer to own installation scopes from concept through offshore execution. You will translate analyses into practical procedures and act as the technical focal point to clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include developing installation concepts, reviewing analyses, designing offshore methods and coordinating equipment and lifting systems. You will travel offshore 2–3 weeks yearly and participate in training at the head office in

Qualifications

• MSc or BSc in Mechanical, Civil, Offshore Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience modelling pipelines and subsea structures.
• Strong analytical skills with practical engineering judgment.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear installation procedures.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel offshore 2–3 weeks per year and travel to the Netherlands for training.

Responsabilités

• Develop installation engineering for offshore construction projects from concept to execution.
• Perform and review installation analyses using OrcaFlex and other tools.
• Translate calculations into practical installation procedures.
• Design installation methods for pipelines and subsea structures.
• Define lifting arrangements and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate procurement and fabrication of installation aids and lifting gear.
• Assess logistics to ensure timely arrival of materials at site.
• Manage external subcontractor engineering packages.
• Present installation methodologies during client reviews and safety assessments.
• Support offshore operations and provide technical guidance during execution.
