Job summary

Schlumberger Limited in the United States seeks a Site Services Specialist to act as the on-site SLB representative for data center construction, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure factory readiness and logistics.

You deploy to project sites on rotating shifts, manage on-site delivery and parts tracking, lead or support troubleshooting, and uphold safety and quality standards throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on experience in hyperscaler contractor, data center construction, electrical or mechanical subcontracting, field specialist, or maintenance roles.
• Experience in managing third-party contractors, including performance monitoring and coordination.
• Strong client communication and ability to engage professionally with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site SLB representative, coordinating between Client, GC, Sub-Contractors, Manufacturing Facility and Operations teams.
• Deploy to project sites, leading or supporting on rotating shifts.
• Manage on-site delivery and logistics documentation, including tracking missing or replacement parts.
