Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in St. Louis, MO seeks a Lead MAC Technician to oversee moves, adds and changes and to lead a team of MAC Technicians in delivering high-quality relocations for office furniture and related assets.

You will coordinate site assessments, safety, and project communication with clients and project managers. The role requires a high school diploma, experience with furniture moves or MAC operations, and proficiency with computers and tools.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in furniture moves, installations, or MAC operations.
• Proficiency with computers and smartphones.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a corporate setting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge and use of hand and power tools, dollies, and moving equipment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk up to 8 hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of MAC Technicians in executing moves, reconfigurations, installs and repairs.
• Plan and coordinate moves with facilities management, perform site assessments, report status and risks.
• Assemble, disassemble, and reconfigure office furniture and fixtures.
• Load/unload trucks, manage staging, and maintain inventory during moves.
• Enforce safety protocols and mentor technicians to develop skills.
