Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced APM/PM to lead tenant improvement (TI) projects from concept through closeout in a dynamic real estate development environment. The role focuses on coordinating scope, schedule, and budgets while liaising with internal teams and external partners.

Ideal candidates bring a track record of managing multiple projects in commercial interiors, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Project or Procore.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field.
• Strong ability to lead multiple TI/office buildout projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple TI office buildout projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Plan and coordinate scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, contractor selection, and procurement.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor progress, enforce quality standards, and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present status reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
