Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents to determine OT needs and rehab potential.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, aides, and students.
• Communicate progress with physicians, nursing staff, and families.
