Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Occupational Therapy Department certified staff and students.
• Assesses and treats patients; develops and updates plans of care with physician input.
• Maintains documentation per policy and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrates proficiency in occupational therapy modalities.
• Collaborates with families, residents, and staff to support care plans.
• Ensures department safety, equipment operation, and budget awareness.
