HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Lead Occupational Therapist at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville. The role involves evaluating and treating diverse patient populations, partnering with staff and physicians to promote high-quality care and patient experience.

The Lead OT will use their expertise in occupational therapy modalities, provide clinical leadership, and serve as a resource for the team. Leadership experience, Tennessee OT licensure, and BLS are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• BS, MS or OTD in Occupational Therapy and Tennessee licensure
• Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with: Patients, staff, physicians and Third Party Payers
• BLS certification required
• Prior leadership experience preferred; Minimum of two years of clinical experience

Responsabilités

• You will perform appropriate assessment on each patient, as related to the therapy requested and provides reassessment per policy
• You will serve as a clinical resource for staff
• You will hold staff accountable for positive customer service behaviors; Collaborates with staff, physicians, patients, and families to promote a positive patient experience
• You will demonstrate knowledge and proficiency of occupational therapy modalities (certified to perform modalities)
